Banana pancakes with oatmeal

Easy, delicious, and healthy pancakes with banana and oatmeal. They can be eaten for breakfast, brunch, dessert or cold if bring in lunch box.

These banana pancakes are incredible easy to make, and they wil make your stomach feeling more full compared to traditional pancakes because of the bananas and oatmeal.

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas
3 eggs
1 dl oatmeal
1 dl flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
If have add 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

How to do

Use a fork to mash the bananas. Add eggs and mix them with the bananas. After that continue by adding the rest of the ingredients and the pancake dough is ready to use.

Heat a frying pan with a little bit of oil. Let's start cooking. The size of the pancakes depend on your personal taste, but I prefer to use one tablespoon per pancake. This makes the pancakes easy to eat for children and you can eat more than one.

When the pancake is golden in color turn the pancake. Store the finished pancakes on a plate covered with some foil, then the pancakes are still warm when being served.

The classical topping for pancakes are icing sugar, sirup or jam. If you feel in a naugthy mood, you can put Nutella on top :-D

Compared to normal pancakes this version is more healthy as long as you don't put all kinds of toppings on the pancake.
